The condominium apartment sales reported by Greater Toronto REALTORS® in the fourth quarter of 2017 were down by 15.5 per cent year-over-year to 5,773. The average selling price was up 17.9 per cent year-over-year in the fourth quarter to 515,816.

The condo segment was still the leader in terms of price growth in the second half of the year.

The results for the condominium apartment market in the fourth quarter of 2017, there have been 1098 Condo sales in the Downtown Core. There have also been 1512 new listings that have come to the market to join 405 active listings
